Shipping Info

Please note, we are try our best to keep the inventory numbers on our website synchronized with our warehouse, however, if a particular product is unavailable or out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar profile flavour of equal or higher value

At House Of Vape, we do all our postage through Aus Post using the eParcel System.

We require a signature from the recipient upon delivery, unless it was previously requested by the customer whilst placing the order. If an authority to leave package is requested by the customer, the package will be left in a secure location or the location requested by the customer, as per Aus Post Policy.

We only ship within Australia. Please contact us before placing an order if you require international shipping.

All orders placed before 1 pm NSW time (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Although we manage to get most orders out the same day, there are times where this is not possible during extremely busy periods. Note: we ship from postcode 2045.

Aus Post now offers Saturday delivery for Express Post within the state from which it is shipped. (As we are in NSW, this is only available for customers in NSW & ACT). Order by 1 pm NSW time on Friday, select Express Post and you will receive your order on Saturday (usually between 9 am and 1 pm). Please note, this service is only available within specific Saturday delivery areas. You can check if your postcode qualifies HERE. (we ship from postcode 2045) Delivery areas are for residential and business addresses, 24/7 Parcel Lockers, and Post Offices that open on Saturdays. Deliveries are not available to PO Boxes.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50

Be aware that once an item has been shipped, we hold no responsibility for packages that go missing and/or damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery, but we are not obligated to replace an order should Aus Post lose or fail to deliver your package undamaged.

If you have any particular preferences regarding leaving items on front/back doors, please let us know via the comments section on your order. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items that go missing.

House Of Vape is not responsible mishap or breakage caused to items by Aus Post. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit.

Aus Post calculates postage on a per weight basis. Every order has the cost of shipping displayed at checkout before payment. Be aware that the shipping weights may vary from the actual weight of the products as the total weight factors in packaging.

We take pride and care whilst packing your items to ensure that they arrive in the condition they left our establishment.
