Vegetable Glycerine now available in various sizes.

Our vegetable glycerin is a minimum 99.5% pure palm-free USP Grade, and our propylene glycol is a minimum 99.8% pure BP Grade.

Achieving USP Grade or BP Grade means that a product is suitable for food, drug, or medicinal use, and is of high enough quality to be used for laboratory purposes where purity is essential. This grading applies to all PG and VG that we source and does not apply once the product is rebottled, or opened by you.

Please note that palm-free VG can have a very light natural green tint (especially in colder weather) rather than the pale blue tint that palm-derived VG has, and when mixed with certain types of concentrates it can take on a lovely golden hue. There's no colouring whatsoever, it's still the exact same pharmaceutical grade as the palm-derived VG we previously used, with the same high level of purity, but because it's soy- and rapeseed-derived it has slightly different refractive properties. It tastes the same, it vapes the same, and it costs the same, but nobody had to die to make it.

Here's some recommendations as to what you should buy:

  • If you're using a traditional, high wattage subohm device (above ~50W), we recommend using 100% or 75% VG, depending on your doubler's PG/VG ratio. Most modern (post 2018 creation) high wattage subohm coils can handle 90-95% VG in our experience
  • If you're using a starter kit-esque or pod mod device, we recommend either 50-50 or 75% VG. These are usually midrange in their wattage output (around 15 - 50W) with wicking ports in the coils to match
  • If you're using a low powered, pod (not pod mod) device, we recommend 50-50 PG/VG to top your doublers / add salts with. Usually these lower wattage devices have small wicking ports, so it's ideal to use 50-50 for a good balance
  • We only recommend 75% / 100% PG for use by DIYers that like to perfectly customise their PG/VG ratios in recipes. They are not typically suitable for topping doublers with (unless the doubler is unusually high in VG content)
